If your therapist invited you to Flutura and you can't find the email, you can still reach your invitation. You don't need to wait for a new one to be sent.
Go to flutura.app
You can use the link your therapist gave you, or just type flutura.app into your browser.
Enter your email address on any sign-up or log-in page
It doesn't matter which page you land on. Use the same email your therapist invited.
Look for the "Welcome!" message
A short message will appear confirming your therapist's invitation. Click "Continue setup" to pick up where you left off.
Finish setting up your account
You'll be guided through the rest of the invitation, the same way the original email would have done.
If no message appears after you enter your email, your therapist may have used a different email address to invite you, or your invitation may need to be sent again.
You can:
Check any other email accounts you sometimes use
Ask your therapist which address they used
Ask your therapist to resend the invitation
When your therapist has invited you, your therapist covers your access to Flutura. If a payment page appears, you've landed on the wrong sign-up. The steps above will route you back.
