When your therapist invites you to Flutura, you’ll receive an email invitation with a secure link to create your account.
Follow these steps carefully to make sure your account connects properly to your therapist’s workspace.
If You’re Using the Mobile App
Important: Clients must download the Flutura app before clicking the email link.
Do not try to create an account from the app’s welcome screen — this will create an unlinked profile your therapist can’t connect to.
Download the Flutura app
Return to the email invitation from your therapist.
Open the email titled “You’ve been invited to join Flutura”.
Tap the “Accept Invite” button or the secure link inside.
Follow the setup steps
Confirm your name and email address.
Create a password.
You’ll be guided automatically into your app dashboard.
Tip: Using the link in your email ensures your account stays linked to your therapist for task sharing and progress tracking.
If You’re Using Flutura on a ComputerOpen the invitation email from your therapist.
Click “Accept Invite.”
Follow the prompts to set your password and complete your profile.
You can log in anytime at workspace.flutura.app.
Issue | What to Do |
Didn’t receive the invite? | Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, ask your therapist to resend it. |
Accidentally clicked create a new account? | Close the app and this time tap the link in your invitation email. |
Invite link expired or error message? | Contact your therapist to resend the invite, or email support@flutura.app. |
Once you’ve joined, your therapist can assign worksheets, set reminders, and track your progress securely.
You can log in via the app or desktop anytime to complete your tasks and view feedback.
